This Week's Gigs

Four Romford Area bands coming up to Ipswich to destroy yr Eardrums and wreck your lives. This was gonna be with the Dead Battieries but they seemed to have vanished, hope everything cool with them. Anywho should be a good night if you like Heavy honest music. Line up is

Schadnefreude - altpunk/down tempo noise

Invisus - Thrash Punk 

Emasculated Christ - Depressive Black Metal 

Lamina - Hardcore Grind 

Be good to see some locals turn out for this as none of these bands have played up here (with the exception of us, Lamina once a little while backat the Royal Oak very kindly put on by heavy Metal Barstard Promotions.

All bands put a 100% into gigs and hopefully we can meet some new decent bods (people in Romford are cunts) and get some more gigs playing in Ipswich.

First appearance at this popular local music venue for us!

After a fantastic 5 years behind the bar, Ady and Vanessa Warne of Framlingham White Horse, have decided to call it a day as Publicans, and are due to leave the pub at the end of March 2010.

To mark the occassion, they have planned a weekend of events to celebrate their time there, including a Karaoke night, Quiz night and, on Saturday 20th March, a rare live performance at the venue by Vanessa's own party rock band 'BOULEVARD BLONDE'!

This could be the last time this venues sees live music for some while, so do please get along if you can, bring your friends too, and lets give Ady and V ruddy good send off!!!
